Challenge

The banking and financial industry is often seen as traditional, severe and untrustworthy by young adults. Desjardins 360d wants to revolutionize the customer banking experience and tailor it to the young adults’ needs, while rebuilding trust.

Solution

We developed a digital strategy focused not only on the brand’s offer, but also on the young adults’ interests, in order to humanize the brand, make it appealing to young people and rebuild trust. This strategy included a social media strategy, as well as an influencer marketing campaign with the up-and-coming humorist Julien Lacroix.
