Boost communications to improve planning and promote public transportation use
Ressac received a mandate from Montreal’s Metropolitan Regional Transportation Authority (ARTM) to create a microsite to open a direct dialog with riders and other key stakeholders regarding public transportation-related costs across the city’s metropolitan area.
Ressac showed its strong creative vein by making the content highly dynamic and visually attractive. The team made a series of UI and UX recommendations to maximize user engagement and readability. Additionally, ressac held a workshop with ARTM’s Mélanie Pagé-Legault to gain a better understanding of the brand and how to integrate it into the whole project.
